In this episode, Anna ask Janet and Juli learn from Roxy about MTB Instructor Certification, what inspired her to get into the career she has now and what advice she has to those considering getting their certification. We hope this inspires many women mountain bikers to consider becoming a certified coach. Roxy has been a full-time Mountain Bike Coach for over 13 years. She spends her life traveling the world, coaching all levels of riders - from Beginner to Olympic Pro. As an International Instructor Trainer she trains and certifies other Mountain Bike Instructors for the BICP. Her inquiring mind, unquenchable thirst to learn, and deep passion to share her knowledge in a meaningful way, have made her one of the leading mountain bike coaches of the world.
