Anna is a Level 1 PMBIA and BICP-certified mountain bike coach and ride guide based in the Upper Valley of Vermont and New Hampshire. She coaches on trail networks like Ascutney Trails, Landmark/Boston Lot, Kingdom Trails, and other local gems.

Passionate about skill progression, Anna emphasizes the FUNdamentals to help riders build confidence and tackle challenges on the trails. Nothing brings her more joy than seeing a student develop their skills and discover their full potential as a rider.

Anna is deeply involved in the local MTB scene. She has served on the Board of the Upper Valley Mountain Bike Association (a chapter of Vermont Mountain Bike Association), is an active member of GLOW (Glorious Ladies on Wheels), and co-hosts the GLOW MTB Podcast.

Mountain biking is more than a sport—it’s how I challenge myself, explore, and find freedom in nature. Through the podcast, I share my passion for biking and celebrate the incredible community that inspires me.

When I’m not recording or editing, I’m leading weekly women’s rides, planning adventures, and building a supportive MTB community. I live in Hartland, VT, with my amazing husband and our two daughters. Professionally, I lead a team of Physician Recruiters for Dartmouth Health.
